  • How to Place an Order?

  • Why do I need a valid Prescription?
    A valid prescription is important for every order of contact lenses. It can be obtained from either Optician, Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.Ā This is because Contact Lenses are considered a medical device. As such, you will need a valid prescription for you to see well. On top of that you will also need an eye health check to make sure your eyes are healthy for lens wear (will be done when our Mobile Optometrist deliver the lenses).

    IfĀ you do not have a valid prescription, fear not as you can still place your order with us. This is because you can make a prior booking at your own convenience with our Mobile Optometrist at your doorstep at absolutelyĀ no additional costs, or drop by our retail outlet.Ā 

  • How soon can I receive my delivery?
    Delivery ofĀ contact lenses upon confirming of a valid prescription will usually takes 3 to 5 working days* on average. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly notified beforehand and informed once ready. Do note that for the first purchase, our Mobile Optometrist will deliver the lenses and do a quick eye health check which takes less than 5 minutes.

    *some multi-focal, astigmatism or plus power lenses will take slightly more days.

  • What is the delivery charge?
    Delivery will be free if purchase is made over $50 in Singapore only.Ā 

  • Can I get a 'tax invoice' for my purchases, for claimable purposes such as company expenses / insurance?
    Yes. (Do indicate in the comments during the checkout procedure if you are in need of it, along with any specific details required on the documents itself.) Alternatively, you may call, or email us, and we will prepare it before delivery

  • Returns and Exchanges
    If you feel that the lenses are not comfortable on your eyes or your vision has changed, you can return your unopened boxes, we can examine your eyes again to find the right prescription or the best suitable lenses for you. BE IN TOUCH WITH US

  • What else does your (physical) retail store offer?
    No surprise here! Being in the business of prescriptive eyewear and contact lenses, our retail store also mainly deals with the service and preparation of spectacles, as well as our own brand of trendsetting eyewear (Spot it on Instagram!) We stand by our motto:
    "Giving back to society through primary eye care, quality service, and affordable eye wear."

    Also if you need a more comprehensive eye examination? Our retail outlet is fitted with state-of-the-art non-contact machinery that is able to measure liquid eye pressure, as well as retinal imagery / photography.
