What does the shipping cost?

Shipping and exchange are absolutely free in Singapore.

Do you have international shipping?

Currently no.

How long does the order take?

It depends on the type of the lenses ordered* and the availability of the boxes. Normally, it will take around 3 to 5 working days after you have ordered or after an eye-check if it is your first time. 

*Some multi-focal or plus power lenses will take slightly more days.

What is your exchange and return policy?

If you found out that there is a tear on the lenses when you open the contact lens flap, do not throw it away. Bring it to us at our store and we can do an exchange for you.

If you feel that the lenses are not comfortable on your eyes or your vision has changed, you can return your unopen boxes, we can examine your eyes again to find the best lenses for you.
